Refund Policy

Verwey Drafting Inc. is committed to our clients and strives to offer the best experience possible.

If however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are free to request a refund.

Our refund policy reflects our dedication to our clients and our professionalism. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you would like a refund you must:

 

1- Send in a refund request form within 30 days of purchase or send an email requesting cancellation.                       This is detailed more in the third point. This goes for courses ONLY.

 

2- Contact us directly to speak about your project, and, depending how far along the project is, you will                       be refunded for your purchase up to a certain amount as specified at the time of negotiation. For                           example, if your project is 75% complete you will be given a refund of 25% for the project. Labour is                     not refundable on drawing orders only project costs are refundable.

                      

3- For courses, you must have not opened or progressed in any of the videos in order for a refund to be                     given. This is for those who accidentally purchased, or made a purchase and want to quit. Being                           halfway through a course and quitting means you are NOT eligible for a refund.

This refund policy is updated regularly. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that you are in compliance with our refund policy when requesting a refund. Any refund requests that do not follow our procedure are subject to denial. 

A full refund policy will be sent to all participants of a paid program that will be assumed agreed to before commencing with the program.
