The Annoyance Of Snap Settings

Snap settings. These are something everyone has (or will) come across in their careers. Chances are if you're reading this blog post you either:

A. Just want to learn about snaps and how annoying they are or..

B. You have had or are having issues with snap settings. Snaps can be annoying. If you have yours set incorrectly then you'll end up snapping to lines you don't want to snap to, not snapping to lines you'd like to, and the frustrations build.

A lot of the time when you are in an educational setting (such as on YouTube or in school) your snap settings will be different from the teachers. This can create a lot of confusion as you have your cursor snapping all over the place while the teachers seems to do exactly what they want it to do. Chances are you have different snap settings. One way to get around this is to spend some time learning what each setting does, how it works, and setting your snaps to what you'd like them to be.
